SX2000 - How to delete an extension? 1

Hi

Can someone give a step by step guide from the main config menu on how to delete an existing extension.

Or state which menu selections are required.

The correct answer is, that depends. If it's just a basic extension, you should be able to clear the line in the Multiline Set Assignment or Single Line Set Assignment form. However, if something else is referencing the extension (Trunk Service Assignment, Call Re-Routing, System Speed Call, etc.), those references will need to be removed first.
