When trying to add new DNI circuit assignments I recieve the error above. E-Docs said: "The maximum space in the database for current release has been allocated; there is no more room to add new entries" I'm having difficulty determining what Lightware release I am running, is there any easy way to do this? It is suprising to me that we even get this error, this is a redundant SX2000 system with 6 nodes and about 300 phones. Any thoughts or suggestions greatly appreciated.

Funny, I just got that error also, although I'm on an MXe.
My 3300 is an upgrade from a redundant and has the maximum number on p-nodes on it.

I swapped an opx card for an ons card, went to system configuration to change the Card Type. If I tried to change the type from Off Prem directly to On Prem, I got the error.

When I deleted the Off Prem (commit/save) and then added the On Prem, all was ok.

I hope the gurus here can explain why this happens.

Thanks.

When you login, type the where or wh command. That tells you right on the maint screen what you are running. You should check your mfrd level in edocs to see what you are able to program. Do you have flexible dimensioning as an option? Just in case, just so you know, there is a form that you can change default memory allocation sizes for.

if you look in the 'Dimensions and features display' form you'll see how many devices are allowed and how many are programmed for each type of device.

Thanks Guys! You have answered all my questions and very quickly I might add.
