Sx2000 COS help

I have a Mitel SX2000 lite, and a superconsole 1000.
I have one extension out of 52 not working, and the only thing that i can see is different is the COS for that one extension. How can I change it from the console?

The COS provides features for the phone and is probably not responsible for a phone not to work.

the line sounds like it is of the hook at the punch down block with a test set, and when you call the extension it will a. ring once and then go right to dial tone or b. ring once and go right to voicemail.
 
If you disconnect the jumper to the extension and just connect the test phone do you have the same problem?

sounds like the port has a ring/trip issue
You can either reprogram and provide on a spare port or replace the faulty card

reprogram is out for me lol, we have a phone guy but i cant reach him so i will try swapping cards to see if that fixes it, if it does not fix it i can only assume at that a reprogram is the way to go.

Thank you so much for your help, im at my wits end and management is freaking out because i made them shut the room down.
