Sx200 transfer calls to outside number

I have an sx-200 ax controller at a hotel with pri trunk. I'm unable to transfer caller to a reservation 800# or any number, we can Confrence a csll from 5340e sub attendance phone but can not release the call, console phone can not transfer either. What setting am I missing please any help or guidence , I have looked in the tech manual but can not find it there either

I enable the following, form 4 option 21, incoming to outgoing call forward (in your case you many not need it but won't hurt to enable), form 3 for the user(add this to any set transferring outside, form 3 enable 208 and 318, again you may not need this those one but for information sake you can, form 30 enable or add a * to connect 6 to 6 if your Pri is programmed as an E&M Tie.

to further clarify in form 3, option 208 is call forward external, you may or may not want that in the cos of the sub attendant but will need option 318, DiD trunk to DiD trunk connect. Basic ones you need are the form 30 settings I mentioned and the cos option 318 of the set transferring.

I did look at the pri under form 13 , descriptor 7 = t1 DID / Loop-TIE
Should this be something else?

I make mine T! E&M, in your case you would need in form 30 to allow 5 to 5

Does do I need to change my t1 to make outside transfers? If so what happens other then no calls will come in or do I have to delete the t1 and rebuild it. I don't have a demo kit to test this out on and really don't want to take customer out of service

you don't have to change. Just change form 30 and try again the transfer.
