SX200 ICP System Greeting

Is there a way to delete a system greeting instead of just recording a new one?

Not really... I would just record a second of silence to replace the message.
That being said, what are you trying to accomplish?

Thanks for replying AlphaMann. I created a template for an SX200 ICP using a DBASE from a previous install. I did not realize that a system greeting had been recorded for that system. I want to delete it. When callers reached an extension voice mailbox, the greeting callers heard was the system greeting. I realized that some users had not set up their voice mailboxes (recorded mailbox name and greeting). I believe that is why they are hearing the system greeting instead of their vmailbox name and greeting. I've asked those users to set up their voice mailboxes.
