I have a remote office that just found a new afterhours answering service company I now need to change where the calls go when they enable night answer. I have access to the swtich via telnet. Where do I go to change the forwarding phone number? Thank You

Need to know more about the type of trunks and existing programming.

Good places to look:
Form 14 - Night answer point
Form 19 - Attendant Night Answer Point
Form 31 - System Speed Calls

kwbMitel,
This site has 4 analog trunks. Also, my forms don't match up with yours???

I have:
Form 14 - Non-Dial-In Trunks
Form 19 - Call ReRouting Table
Form 31 - System Abreviated Dial Entry

My earlier post was indicating what you should look for within each form not the title of the form.

With analog trunks I would concentrate on Form 14 and 31.

The likely programming is that form 14 night answer points for the trunks point to a speed dial.

Form 31 should have that speed dial and it might only take modifying the number to complete your task.

Provide details of the programming in Form 14 if this is not the case.

Thanks. I found some #'s programmed under form 31 which I edited to reflect the correct new phone number. I will test it tonight. This should do it.
