Looking at an extension, after expand set, what does the R# column mean?
KEY TYPE DIR RING SEC DSS EXT NUM TRK NUM LABEL R#
User says they can't call out on one of their direct line appearance keys.
All the line appearance keys are set with this R# column as 5 except for the trouble one, that one is 6.
They say that line rings with a different ring tone than the rest and that they get a message about no access on that line when they try to call out on it.
- is R# the ringtone?
I'm just curious, at this point I can't get connected anymore to the modem so I'll probably have to go to site.
I searched the THB for R# and can see pictures of it but, haven't been able to find a definition.
