Hello all,
Fairly new at working with the sx200 ICP platform. I'm working on an AX SX-200 ICP 5.0.2.3 and trying to get pickup groups to work. Should be straight forward but when I put 6 phones in a pickup group but they still can’t pick up for each other…getting “no access” when dialing *08. Also can't put the feature button on one of the phones either.....almost like they aren't really in the p/u group??

Directed p/u *09 works fine though.
COS seems to be ok…..options 218 and 281 are enabled.

Any suggestions?

Thanks!

- console calls when a consultation hold is in progress,
- callers that cannot connect to the party picking up the call (see Device Interconnection Control),
- the party picking up the call and the ringing extension cannot connect,
- the Mitel telephone is Auto-Answering the call.

Thanks kwbMitel....turns out I was performing the call p/u incorrectly. I have 5330 IP sets and I was trying *08 b4 lifting the receiver. Had I lifted the receiver prior to pushing any buttons I would have seen the softkey appear on the set.

Thanks again!

Thus why I highlighted that area.

Interestingly, I recently posted about a similar problem where a user was not lifting the handset, so it was fresh in my mind.
