SX200 AX ICP - 1 ring at console when internal calls FW to VM

Hello all,
Finishing up an SX200 ICP 5.0.2.14. Any idea why ALL internal calls to IP sets or room phones give a courtesy ring at the console as it's forwarding to VM? I checked both COS and didn't see anything.

Interestingly enough the console also rings once when a room is checked out.

Any thoughts?

The room phone rings once when the room is checked out at the front desk.

Could it be that the "Do Not Disturb" feature was turned on? Have had that issue a lot lately and it was also what lead me to this site for a feature list that explained how to turn it off.
