Yea, that's what I figured but on music on hold. I set it up based on the technician handbooks instructions. I connected the MOH device to the MOH adapter. Turned the MOH device on and turned up the volume. I placed a buttset on the port on the 66 block that the MOH is terminated to and can hear music. So, the music isn't passing past the 66 block.
so you are using a music on hold adapter 50006162, connect to music source then you connected the moh adapter to an analogue port say 2-1-1 then programmed music in form 18 to 2-1-1, if you go back to form 9 you should see "mus' under the type. Important to connect the music source before programming.
What is 50006162? Yep, I set up everything else as you stated. "Mus" is showing under the type in form 9. Why's it important to connect the music source before programming? That may be my problem.
docs say to do that, not 100 percent sure if have to on 200AX but was important on EL for sure. The moh device part number that I get with the 200AX package when I buy them has that device included and that is the part number that is on the adapter itself. That is all I have used to date on the 200AX
