SX200 AX>Maid In Room Code not working

Dialing the maid in room code on the room phone is not working. The PMS interface is up and working. Room names match the room numbers. Any ideas what would cause the maid in room code to fail?

I failed to mention that I also checked and confirmed the room numbers are set as Guest mailboxes.

At a guess you recently added some licenses and when doing so you used the MOC code

If so, you will find that System option 108 PMS INtegration is now turned off and Option 107 Lodging is on instead.

I NEVER EVER Use the MOC code, even on new installs.

Thanks kwb. I have added no licenses to the system. I triple checked my programming and found that option 244 was enabled in the COS. I've disabled it and am going to test now to see if that was the cause of the issue.

No, disabling COS 244 did not resolve the issue.

No need, it takes less time to do it manually as most settings do not change.
It changes things I don't want changed - Any settings that are not licensed but appear on the form can change without warning. 107/108 being the best example. The MOC will ALWAYS set it to lodging.

If all of your other PMS is functioning, but not Maid in Room, it is because the system is set of Lodging and not PMS

coolhand11, thanks for the feedback. See my previous post confirming option 108 being enabled.

kwbMitel, I believe it to be a PMS error and have pushed the issue back in the PMS vendor's direction.
