SX200 AX 5.0 Calling Party Number substitution on PRI

SX200 AX 5.0 Calling Party Number substitution not working enabled CPN in Form 22 and entered CPN number in form 54...still sending defaulted number.

Using PRI with customer allowed COLP enabled and tested on a Mitel 5000 where it works flawlessly.

In Form 22 have you inserted the digits to send the caller ID?

*4*6*4

First *4 stops SMDR
*6 sends desktop caller ID
Last *4 Enables SMDR again
