I am trying to select certain trunk number when access code 8 is dialed but CMD 152 R1 doesn't have an option. Is there any other way we can do this ?

If memory serves, "8" is the default access code for trunk group "2". Try programming the trunk you want to access as a member of trunk group "2" and try that.

I programmed cmd 563 to trunk group 2 but that trunk doesn't accept long distance input..like if u dial 1+area code and number it gives you busy/invalid tone but it does let u dial local calls. Is there anything i am missing ?
