SX-50 toll restriction

I have a customer with a SX-50 that wants to take toll restriction off all his phones. How can I do that?

I believe this is done through the operators console
There is no other way of programming.
I think there may be a simple key sequence to block or unblock all phones.

It has been a long time since I last touched one.

Yeah, I just dont have a programming manual for this system and the guy just added a voip line as line 2 to get free long distance. If you have any info that would get me to that spot to take toll ristriction off I would appreciate it.

command 100 register 13 should read 1300000010 this will turn off toll controll and ars

also in command 301-310 field g should be 0
