one other place to look if the above does not pan out, 57 is the default access code so assume nothing and go to command 110 register 09 and confirm 57 is in there.
Thanks for your answer. I have following codes in commands you gave me.
100 R8: 080030000
121-129 G: is 1
I've tried changing it to 2 on G field in commands 121-129 but still can't pick up. And I think I need to change COS for the extention I am trying to pick up from. Can you tell me how to change COS for each extentions. Let say extention is 126. Can you give me codings for that extentions so I can do the rest of them.
I am not sure what you are trying to pickup as your command 100 register 08 is not sending calls to a overflow point or tafas bells. Let me know where you want the calls to go. Do you want it to automatically switch after a timeout or press the tafas key on the console and send directly?
As far as the extensions go, go to commmand 301-310 depending where ons cards are and see what cos your extensions are in, the go to that cos 121-129 and change register 3 bit "g" to a 1. If this is still not clear let me know.
I am trying to pick up calls/answer calls from any extentions. I figured extention is in slot 2(302) and port 09. Can you guide me how to answer any trunk/local calls from that extention.
where do you want the trunk calls to go or do you want the calls that are ringing the console to be picked up?
As an example are the trunk calls ringing a tafas bell or another extension, I understand you want to pick up calls from any extension but I need to know where you want the calls to terminate. Thanks
command 121-129 register3 bit "g" to a 2 to enable pickup from night bells/attendant, try that in the cos of the extensions you want to call pickup from the attendant.
What software do you have as there is a access code by default "61" attendant call pickup.
We will make this work.
No, No luck...still geting busy/invalid tone from all extentions. Do i need to change anything in command 301-309 ? What does each digit mean in 301-309 ? I know first two are the port number of which extentins are located and what are the other numbers stands for ???
bits a and b are circuit number
bit c is extension type should be 0
bit d is class of service, should match the programing you have done in 121-129 R3 bit G to a 2
bit e is allow att to change cos
bit f is pickup group
bit g is ars routing cos
bit h i OPS loop length
bit i to l is extension number
which command did you change R3 bit g to a 2 in (121-129) this should go into bit d
what we have done is if the console does not answer a call after 70 seconds the call will go to what is programed in command 100 R8 bits g,h,i
Good luck.
