I have a motel customer with an employee that wipes down the console without unplugging it. Normally, I'm able to figure out what their pressing of random keys has screwed up and I can undo it, but his time I'm stumped. One of the rooms can no longer call outside. The bizarre thing is that when I check the room status, "TRKBAR" no longer comes up on the softkey! It's there for other rooms and can be changed between "Deny", "Allow1", etc. This one room is now stuck at "Deny". Any ideas out there as to how this happened and how to undo it?
