I am researching putting an avt phonexpress on an existing Mitel SX-50 and just want to check my thinking. Also I know this is not a true "integration" but an interface so please no hair splitting on my language
Integration = Analog/ONS
I should be able to hook up 4 analog lines, program class of service on the mitel and avt, set mwi strings in both, and program the forwarding digit strings for both.
The thing I can't remember is does the SX-50 require an MFRD sheet like the SX-2000. In other words is the voicemail option in class of service automatically available with the system or is it necessary to have purchased it when the system was first purchased.
