I have an unusal problem, we have a superimpossed 800 number on our fourth trunk. If you call this number it will ring once and then give you a new dial tone, if you try and dial on this dial tone after three digits the operator cuts the call off. this problem moves with the line if you change ports. Now here is the kicker if you remove it from the system the call will go thru fine to a butt set.

are your trunks programed for loop or ground start and what is the 800 number loop or ground start?
sounds like programed for Disa but you said you moved the trunk to another port.
