sx 200ml express messenger problem

Hey all,
I have an SX-200ML with express messenger. Has been working for quite some time. Now when anyone dials the vm hunt group they get a busy signal. I have a flashing amber light on the Express Messenger card and a minor alarm for bay 2 lines(which is where the messenger card is). I have tried a system reboot with no luck. Anyone have any recommendations for me? I only have this one 200ml and don't work on it enough to be proficient. And now that Inntouch is unavailable for tech support, I am in need of assistance.
