My customer's one pickup group isn't operating properly. #4 is the pickup code and ##4 is the directed call pickup code. The group that isn't working correctly has 9 members a mixture of analog phones and superset 4025 phones. I can do the #4 pickup from all of the analog phones and get any call at the other extensions. When I try from a superset I get a "no access" on the screen. I can do a directed call pickup from the superset and get the call, I just can't do the regular #4 pickup.
The customer says it worked before and they have other pickup groups that work fine. I deleted the entire group and put it back in and it still will not work.
Any ideas would be helpful.
