Came out in February

The release notes seem to be saying nothing is new to this load that wasn't already in 5.0.2.12

What am I missing?

To be more specific in my response above. The Release notes state the following:

Product Enhancements & Functional Changes In Release 5.0 UR 5
SX-200 ICP Release 5.0 UR 5 delivered the following hardware components and functionality
Support for 5330 and 5340 “e” series sets.

This appears to state that the e-series was introduced in this load.

However, when we check the release history we see the following:

[pre]
5.0.0.18 Mitel SX-200 ICP Release 5.0 June 2009
5.0.1.11 Mitel SX-200 ICP Release 5.0 UR1 January 2010
5.0.2.3 Mitel SX-200 ICP Release 5.0 UR2 July 2010
5.0.2.11 Mitel SX-200 ICP Release 5.0 UR3 June 2012
5.0.2.12 Mitel SX-200 ICP Release 5.0 UR 5 December 2012 <-- e series delivered
[/pre]

Further, under the Bug Fixes sections

Fixes for Customer-Reported Problems
The following customer reported problems fixes are resolved in Release 5.0 UR5
- no field found issues resolved in 5.0.2.14

Anecdotally, I can verify that I've been installing e-series phones on the 200 for quite some time.

I found this in the release notes:

Fixes for Customer-Reported Problems
The following customer reported problems fixes are resolved in Release 5.0 UR5
- no field found issues resolved in 5.0.2.14
-
Dpar Description of Problem
MN00604453 PRI trunks left in busy out state after yellow alarm is clear.
MN00608209 Enhancements to improve security for WEB access

So pandabear, you are interpreting those dpars as delivered in this load?

I took the statement of no field found issues resolved to mean no.

to be honest I wasn't sure if it was or not from what I read just thought I would throw that out there.

I might of had to do with compatibility with the current firmware that is on new e series phones

I have 5.0.2.14 running on a new system

The Main Load on a 5340e is 06.02.00.01 . I can't say if that is different or not but I don't think so.

L2 Boot is 06.01.00.10

I've installed several SX200 ICPs running 5.0.2.12 with 5330e and 5340e IP phones over the past couple of years and have had no issues with them.
