Sorry for the ignorance but it has been so long since I have logged into this I dont remeber how? Can anyone give me a refresh. This is a 3300 running 9.0.3.17 I know it is outdated by about 11 versions but I am stuck with it until the IVR software can be configured to run with the newer realses.

RS232(DB9) to the RS232 port of 3300. USB Com port of laptop. Open Putty, click on "Serial", 9600 for speed. You should be connected at this point. Not sure if this is the info you were looking for, though. Thanks.
