I am adding 2 cellular trunks to our SX2000 system. I have most of the ARS programming figured out but I think it is dialing the digits too soon. I think the Mitel needs to wait a moment after getting dial tone before dialing the number. How is the best way to do this?
Thank you.

Use the Call Progress Tone Plan Assignment form to create a false scenario, i.e., something the call won't encounter.

In other words, build a CAL P which is set to detect Reorder Tone and wait for say 5 secs.
Set Action on timeout to outpulse DTMF.
Use this in your Digit Mod assignment form for your cellular trunks.

A call destined for the cellular trunk hits the digit mod, looking for Reorder - it keeps waiting for reorder tone for 5 secs (or whatever you set the wait time at) then when it doesn't see reorder and the timer expires then the call is sent out on the trunk.

Thank you for your answer. By reading and experimenting I done about the same thing as you suggested. In the Call Prog Tone Assign I programmed detect NA Dialtone, wait for 5 sec. and outpulse Default. This seemed to work ok.
