sx 200 superswitch

I have a customer that has a 30 year old mitel sx-200 superswitch and wants to convert from at&t to cable, problem is can't id the 1st 4 analog lines, they are on the block but seem to be dead but can call in on them and they ring to the switch are they ground start or direct to cards
any help would be great

I am able to identify the other analogs there are 12 in total wouldnt they be ground start too
