Hi everyone,

I inherited a Mitel SX-200 ICP. I can get to the web access inside the local lan and login without issue to see the CDE forms. I can also putty in on port 2002 (raw).

I can get to the login page for the web access from the outside.

But when I login I get: "Your Browser seems to have no Java support. Please get a new browser or enable Java to see this applet!"

This is the same message I get from several pcs. They all have the most recent version of java.

Also, I can't connect via putty from the outside (Port 2000-2002 forwarded).

Is there a setting on the Mitel SX-200 that allows connections from the outside?

TIA

There's an app we use all the time called "secure telnet".
You can get it from your Mitel vendor. The software doesn't cost anything but your vendor might want to charge you a minimal fee to get it for you.
Make sure you get the latest software upgrade for you 200ICP as well.

Dave

You can't believe anything you read... unless of course it's this.
