SX-200 Neighboring Mitel system can't reach Operator

Hello all,
I'm trying to figure out how to get the Neighboring Mitel office to call the Remote site's SX-200's operator. From the Neighboring mitel they can Dial 743 and the ext# and they will connect to everyone @ the remote site, But can't dial the Remote's operator. The remote operator has EXT #200 but can't be reached from all sets @ the remote site when dialed "they need to Dial 0 to get her." If you dial from a set at the remote site and Dial EXT# 200 you get a (No Dist..) on the display. From the neighboring mitel they cannot Dial 7430 it needs 6 digits to complete the Call. If you Dial a set from the remote sites Operators set and the other end @ the remote site set it shows Ext #200 (internal call). It is a internal problem once we get all the sets to be able to dial 200 and contact the operator the neighboring mitels trouble will go away. I hope!! Thanks H

Hi, i am not an expert on the 200, however it looks like you have an ARS issue there.

Make sure everything is dialable so your PBXs know what to do with the digits you dial.

I am an expert on the SX-200 and it looks like you have an ARS issue there.

The needing to dial 6 digits part is because the trunk is set to expect 6 digits (this is not always necessary but should be left alone)

I am assuming 200 is a console and that 200 is programmed as an LDN on said console (Form 7/8)

I think it possible that it may work if you dial 3 zero's (743000)

Failing that, we need to look at your ARS (Form 26)

You will likely have a leading digit of 743, we need to know what the nested digits look like.

am I reading this correctly that not all extensions can dial the console from the pbx the console resides on?
