sx-200 ML pri digit translation

Hello,
working thru a PRI install on a ML. receiving 4 digits from telco, they are the last 4 of admin ext's so that is an easy one but the main number is not in the range. its 1001, so i tried in form 15 to set N to 4 and m to 1 so the system would send on 3 digits. Then in abbrev dial i set my index to 001 and sent to Incoming LDN of 5200 which i put on my console. No workie, seems the messenger wants to answer instead. What am i doing wrong here? is this the only way to do a digit translation?

I believe if you make an LDN of 1001 on the console that is all you need to do.

I tried that and I have a conflict because there is a room 1001.

Ouch, that is a problem. In this scenario I would see if you can get another DID that doesn't conflict and have the main number forwarded to that DID. It would take some cooperation with the telco. Then make an LDN of the new DID. If you were to use abbrev dials, and digit manipulation, I believe that it would affect all the incoming DIDs. Do you use abbreviated dials for any other system feature?

What Software Level?
Do you have feature Access Code 67 for PRI Translation?
Do you have form 55?

If you put the FAC in the X field of form 15 it directs the system to search form 55
Then you can have 1001 in form 55 but translated to whatever you want

unfortunately i do not have the form 55.
I found i could use the abbreviated dial form to make this work, I just did not know how to put in the abbreviated dial access code into the string, just discovered how and its good.
I dropped the digits received to 3 and added the abbreviated dial access code which is my case was 24 in the the x of form 15. then in form 31 added all the 3 digits I was to receive and translated to my 4 digit extension, works like a champ thanks all.
