SX-200 Local LD Restrictions, 911 Available

To All, I'm fairly new to mitel and need a step by step way to restrict house lobby phones to not dial LD or Local, but have the ability to dial 0 for attendant and 911 for emergency. Is there or can anybody share a step by step process to achieve this.

we have been administering Crowne plaza mitel system in billings for over 5 years. originally they do have COR for certain phones, but I was wanting to learn to restructure COR so its a little more understandable. i can do the basic add ext. VM. and auto attedant functionality.

One way is to change the calling restriction of the lobby phones from the console or subattendant to Int(ernal). You should still be able to dial 0 and 911(as long as the path is flagged emergency in ARS).
