Hi,

On SX-200 ICP rls 4.0.3.12, if I dial the VM hunt group follow by *, I'm on the AA greeting ... I dial a extension, he ring only once (5 sec) and i'm forwarded to the mailbox (same result if I dial the backdoor number, go to AA follow by the extension). I looked in the COS of the VM and my set and no timer correct the call forwarded.

Any idea ?

There was an enhancement in release 4 to allow supervised transfers.

Mitel sent out a bulletin to recommend that the timer be extended AND/OR blind transfer be enabled.

From the Administrators Menu (TUI) I believe you select option 5 and then 9 (Going from memory, listen to prompts)

I have just looked in the TUI and system parameter, the option is not there ... UR4 is released, but I don't know if the setting up transfert option is enable ... I upgrade my lab ASAP and I let you know.
 
KwbMitel, when I log to admin mailbox and follow the instruction of Mitel in the bulletin, this option is not possible in rls 4.0 !! I hear " the system is not configured to offer this option"

Mitel Bulletin :

Body/Solutions
Auto attendant transfer to a DN will recall after 1 ring.
Trunk calls that are front ended by the AA and then transferred will not ring long enough for the user to answer. This is caused by a screened transfer option on the EMEM.

To change the transfer time and type.

1-Log into the admin mailbox and select 5
2- Select 9 for transfer type
3-Select "screened transfer and wait for the prompt to adjust the transfer timer.
4- Increase this to the desired setting [25-30 secs]
5-Change the transfer back to unscreened.

any idea ?
 
Is it possible you are logging in with a lower rights passcode (Manager) instead of Admin?

The option exists on all of my rel 4 systems and I've never heard that prompt.

you know what ... My system is in French, and this option does'nt exist in the prompt and is'nt applicable ! I swap in English and is there !! It work properly ... My god, I seek for many long time ! :)
