Hello,
We have switched from LS trunks to an embedded PRI. Prior to this I had programmed in form 19 under CO line routing points no answer to 300 (vmail hunt).
Now that I've switched I am not sure how to program the LDNs to go to the auto att when the operator is busy or if they forget to turn on night 1 service. It just rings and rings.
I programmed x300 on the DID Recall on points no answer and that did not change anything. I'm assuming that is just for DID going to extensions. I also have COS 107 and 118 enabled as well. Is it possible to program a no answer point for LDNs like with CO lines?
