SX 200 ICP Enable caller ID before callee answers phone

Hey all, I've got a person in COR1 that when someone calls him it shows his DID. When he picks up the phone then it will show the caller ID.

In my COR15, I see the calling party's CID before I pick up the phone.

So I'm lead to be there is something that needs to be changed in the COR of his, but I'm not sure what it is.

Is this the right approach?
