SX-200 ICP Call Pickup Groups

I've set up several extensions in a call pickup group. The feature works great with one caveat. When one of the extensions in the pickup group tries to pickup the call, instead of the soft key displaying "Pickup Cll", it displayed "Night Ans". This scenario is playing out in a hotel environment mind you with a 5540 IP console. I had them confirm that night service was not activated. I know the customer always lies, but it's either on and visible on the console or not there. Any suggestions?
 
Night Ans probably applies to a call ringing an LDN of the console or Sub-Att

These cannot be put in a pickup group and must instead be accessed via TAFAS or a Night Answer key.

If your intent was to provide the ability to answer calls ringing on the Console or Sub-Att where the call is ringing an LDN key then pickup will not work.

You might have to enable the COS option TAFAS during day service for TAFAS to work with the ringing mode in Days.

Understood about why a pickup group will not work. By the way, what is TAFAS?

I believe TAFAS stands for Trunk Answer From Any Station.
I could be wrong, this was also the first time I've seen that acronym.
 
TAFAS = Trunk Answer from any station.

I used the acronym because the COS options and Feature codes refer to it that way.
