I've set up several extensions in a call pickup group. The feature works great with one caveat. When one of the extensions in the pickup group tries to pickup the call, instead of the soft key displaying "Pickup Cll", it displayed "Night Ans". This scenario is playing out in a hotel environment mind you with a 5540 IP console. I had them confirm that night service was not activated. I know the customer always lies, but it's either on and visible on the console or not there. Any suggestions?
