SX 200 EL getting Busy Outs on trunks

I have a site with an SX-200 EL LW19 Q46.01.
Trunks go Busy Out, after RTS they work for about a 1 1/2 day.
Logs reports "can't release trunk".
Carrier states they are clean on all channels and pipe.
Customer has channelized T1 B8ZS/with TSU between carrier and equipment.
TSU has been replaced twice just to rule out.
Any clues as to what may cause this - all programming appears to be o.k.

Technology is going to kill us all!

Check to see if release supervision is enabled in the Trunk cct descriptor (form 13) and disable it as a test.
