I have a customer with a sx200 light that just stops allowing calls or making calls?
With no prewarning or alarms showing on the MCC the system just stops allowing calls to or from the outside world? Here are the latest logs:
13:03:15 Bay #5 was reset due to msg link failure
13:03:15 tot alarm went from no alarm to minor due to bay 5 lines
13:03:15 tot alarm went from minor to major due to bay 5 lines
13:03:15 tot alarm went from major to critical alarm due to bay 5 lines
13:05:00 main control was reset due to critical............

the only thing that changes is the bay numbers. Sometimes it is bay 1 sometimes it is bay 5.

This site has 2 T1s in it one is in bay 1 and one is in bay 6

I set up an outside line to trap the condition and while in the no call state I dialed in and in Maintenance their were NO alarms and all lines, trunks, etc were "idle" and "available"????????

I have already replaced the Mail Control Card and the Net Resource card and the swapped the T1 cards with new ones and the condition did not stop!!!!!!!

If this property manager calls my grandmother 1 more bad name I am going to "rock his world"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The main control status lights normally have a 0 in the top light and a 0 in the bottom light and when I pull a card the MCC lights reflect that change in status.

The local provider says he sees errors coming from the switch and will dispatch if we know we have to pay them if they find no trouble with their equipment?

PLEASE HELP!
