SX-200 AX

New SX-200 AX Controller. 4 24 port ONS, 3 4x12 port Combo cards. Switch does not recognize the 1st4 nor the last 4 slots.
Any ideas?

So it only detects cards installed in slots 5-8?

Are you viewing via Form 1?

Yes, in form 1. Also, when you install or uninstall cards in slots 1-4 or 9-12, there is no alarm generated in maint logs.

The only thought that comes to mind is that you have set the bay to something other than what it should be in form 53

Turned out to be bad control card, thanks. BTW, my 1st AX, and I'm not seeing a printer port. Where can I get AX documentation?
