SX 200 AX ICP - can't change room status or wake up call from console

Hello all,
I'm took over the installation of an AX ICP rel 5.0.2.14 that was started by another tech and I can't seem to change the room status or do a wake up call from the 5540 console. When I press function > guest rm > rm number the only soft keys that are available are "exit", "no disturb", "send message" and "rm number".

I thought there should be more options like a "status" soft key and "wake up" soft key.

Actually as I'm about to post this I realized that the COS for the guest rooms made not have been built properly after copying from another COS. It looks like he used a brand new COS 14.

Any help would be appreciated.

All set, the COS was never tweaked after copying.
