SX-200 AX hospitality issues

1 - FYI, the Blue Settings key does not appear to work on 5330's unless you upgrade to 5.0.2.12

2 - My multicall keys do not function if programmed on the same set. I've had to remove my busy routing to get them to ring

3 - I can't set wake-ups from the rooms (you can assume I've checked my programming but I welcome suggestions anyway)

Thoughts?

2. Ignore Forward Busy with Free Appearance (Option 262): When calling a station or Mitel telephone with this COS enabled, call forward busy is ignored if there are any free multi-line appearances. Sets with an appearance of this line that are in Do Not Disturb will appear busy. The lines on sets that are not in Do Not Disturb will appear busy.
3. Using guest mailbox or feature access code?

- call fails immed on *32 no other digits allowed
- wake-ups can be set by console and function
- it might be because the room is not checked in, I havent got the interface running yet but if that were the case you'd think the console would fail

1. were you using a 5330 or 5330e when you had the trouble with the superkey and the software version?
2. are you using the Hospitality or PMS option?

1 - Yes 5330e and 5330 have issues with the superkey prior to 5.0.2.12
