sx-200 ax default password and login proceedure

I have to go and inspect a motel that a customer bought that has been closed for about a year.
There is supposed to be a mitel sx-200 ax but that is all I know. The new owner has no idea as to the original installer.
What i need help on is how to connect to it (i don't even know if there is a console) if by main port, http or what and what is the default password and login name.
If the installer put in anything different than default then everything stops there.

ny help will be appreciated.

There will be a 9pin RS232 maintenance port on the front of the controller.

I find it highly unlikely that the system would still have default passcodes (installer - 1000, Maint1 - 1000)

I thought so but wasn't sure. I still haven't worked on much beyond the old ML/EL products since selling my business years ago. Once in a while something comes up and it get my feet wet again.
