SX-200 AA option out to a cell phone

Hey folks,

Could use some direction on this. I am very green on the sx-200 and company not certifying anyone at this time.

So I have an AA with option 5 points to an abbreviated dial to a cell phone. They used to have going to a toll free number but changing to cell.

Everything works fine except the call recalls back to the AA main greeting as the cell phone VM does not kick in in-time. Seems to be an issue with Verizon cell phones as my customer has verizon and so do I. When I pointed the option to my cell, it did the same thing. When I pointed to my co-workers cell (SPRINT) , his cell phone vm kicked in and worked great.

I have played with every timer and or rings I could think of in the cor for vm ports and T1 trunks , and nothing seems to do the trick. any other suggestions that you may think of ?

Specifically, what are the current values for COS option 115 for your Trunks and Voicemail

Ok I think I may have been sleeping when I worked on this. I adjusted the timer on option 115 for that VM COS and now it works. HMMM well I am awake now. :)
