Switchboards 2000 to 97

Has any one had any problems with a switchboard created in Access 2000, then converted to Access '97? Once in '97, the switchboard wont open and gives me a "Compile Error".

I tried just deleting it altogether. Converting the file to '97, and then creating the switchboard in '97. Still the same error.

Everything else in the database works fine?

Haven't converted a db from 2K to 97 with a switchboard form. But what line of code is giving you the compile error and in what procedure is it in? John Ruff - The Eternal Optimist

I had to convert a database from 2k to 97 and also ran into that problem. The line of code that the error was focused on had this line:

Private Sub Fill-inOptions()

However, what I did was delete the switchboard (the form) as well as the switchboard items table. Then convert the database and recreate the switchboard in 97. This worked for me.
