How can I make the switchboard of my Access DB to (open up first) pop-up whenever I open the database?

Use the StartUp options: Tools->StartUp->Display Form/Page.

Is there a way to make the switchboard maximize to full screen when it opens?

Now, it just opens in its original size.

You can add DoCmd.Maximize to the Open event.
