Switchboard time issue.

The switchboard is 15 minutes faster than the actual time. How to adjust the time on the switchboard? It is 8434D, the system is G3siV8.

I have mine set to automatically update displays,, it is on pg 7 of system-parameters features page,,, 'system updates time on station displays' y

a quick way though is to assign date-time to one button on the console, and then just hit that button
