I have a laptop that possibly picked a virus something to do with Der Biz has any one heard of this and have a solution. It has caused a problem whereby everytime I switch users on the laptop I get a fatal error message pop up, to fast to note what it is, the system then reboots. Can anyone help.

Goto Control Panel/System/Startup& recovery. Untick "Time to display recovery options when needed" Untick "Automatically restart"
Click OK then OK and re-boot. Switch users and this time you should be able to see what the problem is.
