Greetings - I'm a newbie to the Linux world. I have just installed RH Linux 2.1 AS on a Dell PowerEdge server. The installation went rather smoothly without any hitch. However, I don't remember during the installation did it ever asked me if I want to load either GNOME or KDE for GUI interface. Can someone shine some lights about these two interfaces? At the # prompt, when I types startx, the server brings up GNOME and I have no choice on teh interface. I prefer using KDE instead of GNOME. Would someone here know how I can switch to KDE?

Thank you in advance.

At your login screen, you normaly have the choice of
your desktop kde or gnome (Arrow).
The other way is to change the values of DESKTOP and
DISPLAYMANAGER in /etc/syconfig/desktop.
