switch advice

I'm looking at gigabit switches. Does anyone have any recommendations? Asante looks affordable, but I know nothing about them. The only thing I'd like is for the switch to be manageable. The nodes will be client workstations. I've got the servers and enabling equipment taken care of with a catalyst.
