Switch 3903 to 3904?

How do I switch an extension that's assigned to a 3903 to a 3904 phone? I tried to just chg the Type, but that didn't work.

Need to out the phone and rebuild it as a 3904.

You can't change the phone type. You must OUT the 3903 and build a NEW or CPY 1 the 3904.
