Swift 3D probably easy question 1

No forum for SWift 3D here so hopefully someone knows..

Im trying to use the extrusion editor. What I want, is a circle (which I can do) but then with another circle INSIDE so that when I return back to the scene editor its cut out.

Well, HOW DO YOU SCALE DOWN THE SECOND CIRCLE in the extrusion editor? Theres got to be a way. I cant figure out how to just scale one down so i can place it inside the other circle. Hopefully someone can help....
