Hi,
I have an option 61 recently installed with all data migrated from an option 11. Previously using 3820 phones when a second call came in I could switch to that and keep the first on hold. Now when I do that the first call gets dropped.
Is this something that needs to be changed in the class of service?
Any ideas?

3820 is a new one on me, the cls of a phone does not allow or disallow hold, hold is not an auto hold feature, but it is the same as an opt 11.. you can't remove or disallow hold from a set.. i would try changing the phone or vendors

3820 is just the phone model type,

I'd still type 2616 at the console.
It's really strange because the config was copied from the option 11 which worked so there's no reason why it shouldn't with the option 61

thank John, your mention of auto hold cleard it up for me, the class of service on the TN had AHD instead of AHA.
