hi,
the process of creating fla from swf is ir-reversible. almost all the information required by fla is lost while publishing it to swf in order to reduce the size and performance of the movie. so end your serach to do that.
this feature is also your security lock that no one is able to steal your work without your knowledge.

There is a program that will allow you to edit the SWF but it will not convert it to FLA. You have to be using a version of UNIX or Linux. The program is called
"Swift Inspector".
