SWCP - freeze

SWCP 4.0 (SU 06) and Wndows XP clients

Sometimes agents experience freeze on SWCP client.

Example: Incoming transaction to agent PC. Agent accept transaction. Agent reply to customer and press send. The the SWCP-client application freeze. New incoming transaction is presented to phne, but SWCP client application do not respond. Need to use Task Manager to kill the SWCP-application.

Any idea what this could be?

Pls check the DTH congfiguration according to NTP.

After some investigation the freeze seems to be related to the PCs. Installation of the SWCP-client on Pentium III is working OK, but problmes seems to be only on Pentium IV machines.

I belive I have read something about problem with Pentium IV and Java (JRE). Any idea?

Just for your information. The freeze-problem was related to Pentium IV on the client PCs. When disaling the Jus-In-Time Compiler (JAVA_COMPILER = NONE) the problem was fixed.
